Bella Thanaka Cleansing Foam Review

Mingalaba!

Long time no post! I'm sorry I've been MIA for such a long time. Today, I would like to do a review on Bella Thanaka Cleasing Foam that I bought when I went back to Yangon last December. I didn't notice that there is a Beauty Diary branch in Latha Township until the day before I leave. How on earth did I miss that...ugh! I guess being away from Myanmar for years made me get lost everywhere...haha. I've been meaning to go there since I landed and get my hands on Bohktoh Double Eyelid tape (review will coming soon) after I saw it in one of Beautybynaychi's videos and Beautybychristinalim's IG posts.

Okay...back to the topic. To be honest, I was hesitant to try Bella's products since I heard bad reviews on some of their products but I decided to give it a go on their Thanaka Cleasing Foam and I'm glad that I gave it a try. It comes in two different sizes: 40 g and 90 g. 40 g retails for 1550 MMKs and 90 g retails for 2850 MMKs. I always tend to buy beauty or skin care products in small sizes (or ask for a sample if available) so that I know whether it is going to work for me or not before I buy a full size. I've been a huge fun of Thanaka since I was a kid and was so excited when I heard that Bella is coming out with Thanaka face wash. I bought a small size just to test it out and regret that I didn't buy an extra. My first impression on this product is the packaging. It is on point and doesn't feel cheap at all. The smell is exactly what I imagine and the consistency of the cream is great! You just need a pea size amount or less to clean the entire face and it foams up pretty nice. I've been using it in the morning for a month now and it still have a lot of products in the tube. It cleans out all built up oil on my face effectively. I have a combination/oily skin and it hasn't dry or break out my skin since I started using it. This product is highly effective yet mild on the skin. I can't say for sure it help minimize the pores since I don't have large pores on my face but it does whiten my face and reduce redness around my nostril. It doesn't get rid of all the blackheads but it does reduce the amount on my nose.

All in all, I really like the product and would buy again. I would say this is the product that is worth buying in such a low cost. I know this post is not an in-depth review but hope it helps somewhat.

PS. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend doing a patch test first.
